Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please email contact@tinyvoyager.com with "RETURN" and your order number in the subject line. In your message, please let me know which item(s) you'd like to return.
Once your return is approved, I'll provide the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact me as soon as possible at contact@tinyvoyager.com so I can make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I'll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds include the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
