Refund policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tinyvoyager.com. In the request please specify in the subject: RETURN and order number; it is also necessary to specify for which items the return is being requested. Once confirmation is received, the address to which to send the shipment will be provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time. In order to ensure you get what you want, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few days for bank processing. Merchandise total and applicable taxes will be refunded, but not shipping charges.
